Pros: Very easy to use and setup. Syncing with Outlook works really well.
Cons: Only bad thing is all the additional features they offer. You get tempted to want more.

SimplyBook.me is an excellent service for booking appointments. Clients have more flexibility and we save time. I especially like the way confirmations and reminders can be sent by text message. We've integrated the booking process into our website, which promotes our branding. The costs are reasonable for booking but jump as you add plugins. Restricting the flexibility makes the power of SimplyBook.me tougher to demonstrate.
