I use SimplyBook for not long ago but I have already found how useful the tool is. I can receive reservations at any time, I don't have to be receiving calls about it but just show the available time and wait for confirmation mail. So far so good, a phone appointment system was recommended for our travel consulting business. Most tools like this can really ad up to extra cost in a year. I am perfectly happy with the free version. As most customers do not make appointments.

I like the look, the ease of use, the integrations with website and google calendar. I just set up shop, and no one used it yet, but having all the tools available gives me a professional image, which I am willing to pay for. The booking page also is a convenience for my customers.
