I LOVE SimplyBook.me! As an experienced user of appointment driven business applications - SB is by far the system I have used the longest (after experiencing a number of them) because it works the best! Very easy to book/reschedule/cancel. Easy to customize and the reminders for various communication modes (email/text) has saved my practice quite a bit of money in reducing no-shows. I would recommend this service in a heartbeat.

First, a little background. I own a practice of nutritionists. When I started with SimplyВook.me, it was just myself at one location. Now, I have 2 nutritionists at 3 locations, offer twice the amount of services as when I started with SimplyВook.me and the system has kept up with the growth of my business. www.nourishfamily.com
I had been using another scheduling program (schedulicity.com) and I became unhappy with the user interface. We offer many different services (19 at this point!) and with the other service, clients would need to sort through this whole laundry list of offerings. One of the things that attracted me to SimplyВook.me was the ability to group services by categories, which makes a much cleaner interface and much easier for clients when deciding which service to book. I also loved how easy it is to customize the booking system to match our web page. We have a very professional looking web page and we needed a booking interface that looked just as professional.
Clients can book appointments that fit with their schedule. When a client emails or calls me we have to go back and forth about which dates and times are available. It is so much easier if they go to the booking website and they can see all the available time slots and then book an appointment that works with their schedule. We use another online service for our forms and records and I love being able to include a link to our online new client forms in the confirmation email that the client receives. Because of this, almost all of our clients have their new client forms filled out before their appointment, which is a huge help and enables our clients to receive the best possible care.
My favorite features are the categories and location custom features. As my business expands and we add more locations, this feature is super important. I also love the ability to customize the colors and layout of the booking website and add my logo. The automatic reminder emails to the clients are so necessary and cut down dramatically on no-shows. When people can cancel their appointment without having to talk to someone and make up an excuse it is so much better than them just not showing up on the day of the appointment. Because the reminder emails are sent out 48 hours in advance, this almost always gives me enough time to re-book that time slot. The mobile app is fantastic, as is the ability to synch with my Google calendar. I like that I can upgrade to the custom features that are the most meaningful for my business and that I can create the features I want, instead of being sold a package of features that I may or may not need.
Our clients are very happy! I had a client the other day who is a tech guy and he mentioned how much he enjoys the ease of booking appointments and the automatic reminder emails.
I refer you to others, all the time! I could not run a business without an administrative assistant if it weren't for SimplyВook.me! I have used and done tons of research on other scheduling systems and this is by far the most customizable and user-friendly of all systems I found. I also love that as my business grows, so does SimplyВook.me. The constant updates in features are much appreciated.

Great. I have been extremely pleased with the site and the service. It has boosted my business vastly. Plus for me, the customer seervice level has been key. The site is easy to use but there are always questions. No question is too small. The team are always great. They explain clearly and with extreme patience.
I have just started using simplybook.me all my customers say it is an easy system to use ,which is what I was looking for to make it easier for all my customers to book a lesson with me hassle free and no complications .Try it see how it can work for your company and the free iPad app is an added bonus .
It's quite good, just has too few free quota / usage and every facility has to have one individual URL if they are to be used individually
I like that I can manage calendars for a team of people; however, the tool seems incredibly buggy and unreliable. It's not something I would consider paying for unless those issues get fixed.
I needed help making changes to our appointment service this year and I received very prompt, courteous and professional service, almost immediately upon submitting my question. I'm very impressed. We have become more productive with our yearly scheduling of appointments. I'm also impressed on how the system looks like on our smart phones. AWESOME!!!
Overall, it's been good, once I found my way around the system. My clients are mostly good with it - some are resistant to learning something new (human nature!) I think I may have lost a couple clients as a result... but that's not a fault of simplybook.me.
It has greatly improved the process order of my attention, I have a clearer view of the occupation of my service units. Integration with my web gives greater professionalism and improves print to my clients. Definitely I recommend it.
