We use the service for our Birthday party reservations. Huge help, and the system does everything we need to avoid spending time and money on taking these reservations over the phone. In fact, we do not have a 'live' phone number anymore. Thanks to SimplyBook.me and other tools, we only respond to the phone via Voice Messages, and we don't get that many. All our processes have become self-services and automated. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs a booking solution. The system is very rich in terms of configuration options, and offers lots of features and capabilities.

The booking system has freed up our time, which we now use for customer relations, shoots, and more.

I love using SimplyBook. The interface is very user friendly for the organisation as well as the clients, making it very easy for me to set up meetings, appointments and edit information and it has the tools I need to see messages and make changes to bookings smoothly. This allows my organisation to achieve time savings and focus on other tasks. Overall, I have enjoyed using the application and my experience has been all positive. Thanks for providing such a simple, easy-to-use and free application!
I first came to SimplyBook when WeddingWire decided to disable their appointment scheduling feature. I had come to rely on this tool and wanted a replacement that would by simply to use and sync to my Google calendar. I am even happier with Simplybook than I was with my old solution! My clients - both current and prospective - tell me that the system is very easy to use. I particularly like that clients can cancel and reschedule their own appointments when a conflict arises. All in all, I am EXTREMELY happy to have found SimplyBook, and I would recommend it to anyone in a service industry.
Einfach und genial. Einfach genial! Ich wollte ein Buchungssystem für mich und meine Kunden. Es soll übersichtlich sein, es soll funktionieren. Innerhalb von wenigen Stunden habe ich das System nach meinem Geschmack und meiner Homepage konfiguriert und gleich veröffentlicht. Bislang hatte keine Möglichkeit die Buchungen zu stornieren, überprüfen, ändern, konnte auch Kundendaten erfassen und musste ständig die Termine im Google Kalander selber eintragen. Ich habe die Möglichkeit, Pausen, Feiertage, freie Tage selber zu bestimmen, brauche nicht mehr den Webdesigner fünfmal anzurufen. Den Standardtext der Nachrichten an den Kunden nach den einzelnen Buchungen erfasst man zwar einmal, und diese sollen auch für längere Zeit bleiben, aber die Erinnerungsfunktion und die Feedback Mails sind einfach super, diese schrieb ich immer einzeln. Dadurch kann man aber viel Zeit sparen. Klare Empfehlung für klein und groß!

I have been using SimplyBook for the last 2 years as my client booking system. The setup was simple and with the optional add ons you can really tailor it to suit your requirements. For my clients it's very quick and easy and getting the reminder emails workd very well. I would definitely recommend it to small businesses as a booking tool.
SimplyBook.me has been fantastic for me. I am by no means technical but have found everything easy to use and intuitive. The live help is fantastic and staff have gone the extra mile to solve any problems or answer any questions I have had. My massage clients love the online booking system and the option to pre-pay with Pay Pal has been very popular. I have recommended the system to many other colleagues.
