SO EASY!

We were having trouble limiting CrossFit class sizes with our previous software. We would run into too many people showing up for class leading to not enough space, equipment, trainers, etc. With SimplyBook we see a lot less of those problems. I absolutely love using SimplyBook! It is so incredibly easy to use, it makes our gym so much smoother. It is such a great way to see who is attending classes, reserving their spot online, and organizing our class schedule. Due to limited space we tend to keep classes at a 16 Person maximum and SimplyBook allows to put those restrictions on the bookings. Another great feature of SimplyBook is it sends reminders out to clients before their appointment to help cut back on no shows.

From beginning to end my experience has been excellent.

This software was really easy to use. On first reading, I couldn't really believe that it would deliver everything I wanted - but it does and so much more too. the support manager I had was excellent. I paid for the initial set-up and am so glad I did as it was well worth it. The premium package is excellent and will make enormous difference to how we manage all of our events.

Impressed with the software

I am impressed by the software and will be using it to schedule swim time during the summer due to the recent pandemic. I found the customization features easy to navigate. The overall interface is straightforward. Being a non profit HOA we were looking for a low cost but functional solution to scheduling. Simplybook even at the free level offered a lot of what I looked for. The additional tiers were value added and worth the upgrade to what we could afford.
