Awesome! There has been some confusion with the email notifications, where it sends the incorrect location. I believe I have sorted this out. The issue is that Simply Book automatically sends the iCal notification with the default company address, even if they book at our second location.

Service is great keeps me organised as I have several other projects. I freaked out when my free trial ran out and I couldn't see my appointments. Yes I would recommend it. However I thought the entire service was free, so I was a bit alarmed why my free trial ran out.

Not sure if it has increased my service level, it just generally frees my time that would otherwise be taken by servicing bookings and booking changes. For the most part the clients manage their own bookings and any changes. Some of my older clients who do not have smart phones, I have to handle manually through the system.
