J'ai ouvert mon studio de massage il y a un an et utilisait un logiciel gratuit avec beaucoup de limitations. L'interface était ordinaire, moche et sans caractère. Les clients se plaignaient du processus de prise de rendez-vous et en tant qu'entreprise de service, cela nuisait à mes affaires. Puis j'ai décidé d'utiliser SimplyBook.me et suis ravie de la facilité et la simplicité avec laquelle mes clients peuvent maintenant prendre un rendez-vous.
Ce qui m'a surtout plu sont les plugins qui rendent la vie de mes clients plus facile mais aussi la mienne. En un seul clic mes clients peuvent utiliser leur profil FaceBook pour prendre un rendez-vous.
Ils peuvent payer en avance avec le bouton Paypal et mes rendez-vous sont automatiquement synchronisés avec mon calendrier Google. Et j'ai pu télécharger une appli sur mon téléphone pour recevoir des notifications et aussi programmer des rendez-vous depuis mon téléphone. Le service client est génial aussi ! J'avais quelques questions sur le site de réservation et j'ai juste eu à cliquer sur l'onglet Agent en direct, poser ma question et j'ai eu ma réponse en quelques heures. Je viens aussi d'embaucher plusieurs personnes pour mon entreprise et ça a été très simple de les inscrire au site. Je les ai mis en tant qu'employés Junior avec un accès limité à leurs propres rendez-vous et informations.Je voulais un Site de Réservation de Rendez-vous professionnel et j'ai eu beaucoup plus que ça ! Je recommande ce Site de Réservation à 100% !

SimplyBook.me a été simplement parfait. Je ne suis pas du tout technique mais j'ai trouvé que tout était simple d'utilisation et intuitif. Le chat en direct est super et l'équipe a tout fait pour m'aider à résoudre mes problèmes et répondre à mes questions. Mes clients adorent le système de prise de rendez-vous en ligne et l'option de prépayer avec Paypal. J'ai recommandé ce système à de nombreux collègues.

I love using SimplyBook. The interface is very user friendly for the organisation as well as the clients, making it very easy for me to set up meetings, appointments and edit information and it has the tools I need to see messages and make changes to bookings smoothly. This allows my organisation to achieve time savings and focus on other tasks. Overall, I have enjoyed using the application and my experience has been all positive. I first came to SimplyBook when WeddingWire decided to disable their appointment scheduling feature. I had come to rely on this tool and wanted a replacement that would by simply to use and sync to my Google calendar. I am even happier with Simplybook than I was with my old solution! My clients - both current and prospective - tell me that the system is very easy to use. I particularly like that clients can cancel and reschedule their own appointments when a conflict arises. All in all, I am EXTREMELY happy to have found SimplyBook, and I would recommend it to anyone in a service industry.

Einfach und genial. Einfach genial! Ich wollte ein Buchungssystem für mich und meine Kunden. Es soll übersichtlich sein, es soll funktionieren. Innerhalb von wenigen Stunden habe ich das System nach meinem Geschmack und meiner Homepage konfiguriert und gleich veröffentlicht. Bislang hatte keine Möglichkeit die Buchungen zu stornieren, überprüfen, ändern, konnte auch Kundendaten erfassen und musste ständig die Termine im Google Kalander selber eintragen. Ich habe die Möglichkeit, Pausen, Feiertage, freie Tage selber zu bestimmen, brauche nicht mehr den Webdesigner fünfmal anzurufen. Den Standardtext der Nachrichten an den Kunden nach den einzelnen Buchungen erfasst man zwar einmal, und diese sollen auch für längere Zeit bleiben, aber die Erinnerungsfunktion und die Feedback Mails sind einfach super, diese schrieb ich immer einzeln. Dadurch kann man aber viel Zeit sparen. Klare Empfehlung für klein und groß!

I have been using SimplyBook for the last 2 years as my client booking system. The setup was simple and with the optional add ons you can really tailor it to suit your requirements. For my clients it's very quick and easy and getting the reminder emails workd very well. I would definitely recommend it to small businesses as a booking tool.
