Acabo de abrir mi taller de masaje hace un año y estaba usando un software gratuito de reserva que tenía muchas limitaciones. Era feo y no tenía carácter. Lo que realmente destacaba eran los plugins que nos hacían la vida más fácil no sólo para mis clientes, sino para mí también. Con un click, los clientes pueden utilizar sus perfiles de Facebook para reservar una cita.
Los clientes pueden pagar de antemano con el botón de Paypal, mis citas se pueden sincronizar de forma automática a mi calendario Google, y hay una aplicación que descargué en mi teléfono para recibir notificaciones Push y también me permite reservar citas usando mi teléfono. ¡El servicio al cliente es increíble, también! He tenido un par de preguntas acerca de cómo hacer las cosas particulares en el sitio de reserva, y todo lo que tenía que hacer es clic en la ficha agente en directo, enviar una pregunta, y yo normalmente recibía una respuesta en un par de horas. También acabo de contratar más gente para mi negocio y es muy fácil de configurar el sitio de reservas, ya que puedo capaz de ponerlos como empleados junior, lo que limitaba su acceso sólo a sus reservas e información.

I first came to SimplyBook when WeddingWire decided to disable their appointment scheduling feature. I had come to rely on this tool and wanted a replacement that would by simply to use and sync to my Google calendar. I am even happier with Simplybook than I was with my old solution! My clients - both current and prospective - tell me that the system is very easy to use. I particularly like that clients can cancel and reschedule their own appointments when a conflict arises. All in all, I am EXTREMELY happy to have found SimplyBook, and I would recommend it to anyone in a service industry.

Einfach und genial. Einfach genial! Ich wollte ein Buchungssystem für mich und meine Kunden. Es soll übersichtlich sein, es soll funktionieren. Innerhalb von wenigen Stunden habe ich das System nach meinem Geschmack und meiner Homepage konfiguriert und gleich veröffentlicht. Bislang hatte keine Möglichkeit die Buchungen zu stornieren, überprüfen, ändern, konnte auch Kundendaten erfassen und musste ständig die Termine im Google Kalander selber eintragen. Ich habe die Möglichkeit, Pausen, Feiertage, freie Tage selber zu bestimmen, brauche nicht mehr den Webdesigner fünfmal anzurufen. Den Standardtext der Nachrichten an den Kunden nach den einzelnen Buchungen erfasst man zwar einmal, und diese sollen auch für längere Zeit bleiben, aber die Erinnerungsfunktion und die Feedback Mails sind einfach super, diese schrieb ich immer einzeln. Dadurch kann man aber viel Zeit sparen. Klare Empfehlung für klein und groß!
