Een jaar geleden heb ik mijn massagestudio geopend en gebruikte een gratis boekingssoftware met vele limitaties. Het was saai, lelijk en had geen eigen karakter. Klanten reclameerden hoe frustrerend het was om een massage te boeken en als massage business is dat ook slecht voor de business. Dan heb ik besloten om SimplyBook.me te proberen, en ik was tevreden over hoe simpel en eenvoudig het was voor klanten om bij ons te boeken.
Wat zich onderscheidde van de andere boekingssoftware, zijn de eigenschappen waarmee ik niet enkel het leven van mijn klanten eenvoudiger kan maken, maar ook het mijne. Met slechts een klik kunnen klanten via hun Facebookprofielen een afspraak boeken.
Klanten kunnen op voorhand betalen door de Paypal knop te gebruiken, mijn afspraken kunnen automatisch synchroniseren met mijn Google Calendar, en er bestaat een app die ik gedownload heb op mijn telefoon om push notificaties te ontvangen en om afspraken via mijn telefoon te kunnen boeken. De klantendienst is ook geweldig! Ik heb enkele vragen gehad over hoe ik bepaalde dingen kon doen op de boekingssite, en het enige wat ik moest doen is de Live agent tab aanklikken, een vraag indienen, en normaal gezien krijg ik antwoord binnen enkele uren. Ik heb onlangs ook meer mensen aangenomen voor mijn business en het is heel eenvoudig om dit in te stellen in de boekingssoftware. Ik kon hen instellen als Junior werknemers met gelimiteerde toegang tot enkel hun boekingen en informatie.

Ik wou een professionele Boekingssite en wat ik nu heb is zoveel meer! Ik raad deze boekingssite 100% aan!

SimplyBook.me is geweldig. Ik ben allesbehalve technisch aangelegd, maar ik vind alles gemakkelijk om te gebruiken. De live hulp is fantastisch en het personeel gaat tot het uiterste om problemen op te lossen of vragen te beantwoorden. Mijn massageklanten houden van het online boekingssysteem en de optie om vooraf te betalen met PayPal is zeer populair. Ik heb het systeem aangeraden aan veel andere collega’s.

Ik kijk ernaar uit om het systeem te gebruiken om klassen te boeken eens ik mijn business uitbreid naar Yoga en therapie. Heel erg bedankt om mij pijnloos naar het technologisch tijdperk te brengen!

Ze hebben veel foto’s op de Boekingspagina. Het is geweldig! Mijn klanten houden van het gemak waarbij ze een boeking kunnen doen. Aanvullend hebben ze nu ook meer informatie over mijn bedrijf en over mijn klantengedrag. Het is zeer goed.

The interface is very user friendly for the organisation as well as the clients, making it very easy for me to set up meetings, appointments and edit information and it has the tools I need to see messages and make changes to bookings smoothly. I first came to SimplyBook when WeddingWire decided to disable their appointment scheduling feature. I had come to rely on this tool and wanted a replacement that would by simply to use and sync to my Google calendar. I am even happier with Simplybook than I was with my old solution! My clients - both current and prospective - tell me that the system is very easy to use. I particularly like that clients can cancel and reschedule their own appointments when a conflict arises. All in all, I am EXTREMELY happy to have found SimplyBook, and I would recommend it to anyone in a service industry.

Einfach und genial. Einfach genial! Ich wollte ein Buchungssystem für mich und meine Kunden. Es soll übersichtlich sein, es soll funktionieren. Innerhalb von wenigen Stunden habe ich das System nach meinem Geschmack und meiner Homepage konfiguriert und gleich veröffentlicht. Bislang hatte keine Möglichkeit die Buchungen zu stornieren, überprüfen, ändern, konnte auch Kundendaten erfassen und musste ständig die Termine im Google Kalander selber eintragen. Ich habe die Möglichkeit, Pausen, Feiertage, freie Tage selber zu bestimmen, brauche nicht mehr den Webdesigner fünfmal anzurufen. Den Standardtext der Nachrichten an den Kunden nach den einzelnen Buchungen erfasst man zwar einmal, und diese sollen auch für längere Zeit bleiben, aber die Erinnerungsfunktion und die Feedback Mails sind einfach super, diese schrieb ich immer einzeln. Dadurch kann man aber viel Zeit sparen. Klare Empfehlung für klein und groß!
