Awesome! There has been some confusion with the email notifications, where it sends the incorrect location. I believe I have sorted this out. The issue is that Simply Book automatically sends the iCal notification with the default company address, even if they book at our second location.
It has been good. Very useful with my customers. Simplybook.me's customer service is very helpful. I have already recommended it to others.
Service is great keeps me organised as I have several other projects. I freaked out when my free trial ran out and I couldn't see my appointments. Yes I would recommend it. However I thought the entire service was free, so I was a bit alarmed why my free trial ran out.
This service has helped me to streamline my business. My customers love the fact they can book my services online making it much more convenient for service provider and client. This will definitely be a permanent feature on my website!

Not sure if it has increased my service level, it just generally frees my time that would otherwise be taken by servicing bookings and booking changes. For the most part the clients manage their own bookings and any changes. Some of my older clients who do not have smart phones, I have to handle manually through the system.
