Our IT Studies program had a problem in booking in students for a counseling session prior to enrollment. Administration staff became bogged down in a manual booking system for several weeks. The problem became compounded when we amalgamated our administration function for multiple campuses into a centralized model.
While not designed for what we needed, we were easily able to use the features of simplybookme to automate the process. It was a 'no-brainer' for the cost and features that were offered to building it ourselves.
It has relieved our administration of most of the burden of allocating appointments to students. The ability to sms students a confirmation and to notify, and be notified, when a change takes place. It also provides us with the data that we can use to track our offers to counseling to enrollment.
The support we have received from simplybookme has been exceptional.
Since being taken on by ITStudies the other teams in the faculty, Business Services, Justice, Policing, Property Management etc.. have all implemented it as well.
I was extremely satisfied with SimplyВook.me. I used to go back and forth with clients via email on appointment times and sometimes by the time you get a response you've already filled the appointment and it takes more back and forth. SimplyВook.me made it easy to just allow the client to book their own appointment and that solved the whole issue. I also liked how the whole thing integrates with my google calendar. I consider that one of the best features of the service.

IT was great using the SimplyBook.me for my company Job Interview Services, and am pleased to say that the custom feature is second to none having tried different appointment software in the past. Clients are able to book service securely without any difficulty and have also been able to add more bookings prior to making payments. Installation was easy and straightforward, l will continue to recommend it to others.

Great. I have been extremely pleased with the site and the service. It has boosted my business vastly. Plus for me, the customer seervice level has been key. The site is easy to use but there are always questions. No question is too small. The team are always great. They explain clearly and with extreme patience.
I have just started using simplybook.me all my customers say it is an easy system to use ,which is what I was looking for to make it easier for all my customers to book a lesson with me hassle free and no complications .Try it see how it can work for your company and the free iPad app is an added bonus .
It's quite good, just has too few free quota / usage and every facility has to have one individual URL if they are to be used individually
I like that I can manage calendars for a team of people; however, the tool seems incredibly buggy and unreliable. It's not something I would consider paying for unless those issues get fixed.
I needed help making changes to our appointment service this year and I received very prompt, courteous and professional service, almost immediately upon submitting my question. I'm very impressed. We have become more productive with our yearly scheduling of appointments. I'm also impressed on how the system looks like on our smart phones. AWESOME!!!
Overall, it's been good, once I found my way around the system. My clients are mostly good with it - some are resistant to learning something new (human nature!) I think I may have lost a couple clients as a result... but that's not a fault of simplybook.me.
It has greatly improved the process order of my attention, I have a clearer view of the occupation of my service units. Integration with my web gives greater professionalism and improves print to my clients. Definitely I recommend it.
