Tees Ruder-Club startet Buchungssystem
Wir haben uns dazu entschieden SimplyBook.me als Buchungssystem für unser Unternehmen zu testen. Obwohl das System für die Terminverwaltung von Personen ausgelegt ist, kann es trotzdem auch für andere Dinge genutzt werden. Wir haben vor auf das Bezahlsystem umzusteigen, wenn unsere Kunden sich an die Online-Buchung gewöhnt haben. Das bedeutet auch, dass wir den Rest unserer Flotte (ca 70 Ruderboote) in das System einlegen würden. Der Vorteil des Systems ist es, dass der Arbeitsaufwand für die Buchungen verringert wird, die vorher per E-Mail vereinbart und in einem Excel-Datenblatt geführt wurden. Die Nutzer finden, dass das System wirklich angenehm zu nutzen ist. Bisher war es eine super Erfahrung mit dem SimplyBook.meSystem zu arbeiten.
