而金流服務也很完善，綁定 Paypal 就能收到顧客事先支付的訂金，減少顧客 no show 的現象，而且也能同時將預約同步到 Google 行事曆，另外也能下載 App 來管理來自顧客的預約。最重要的是 SimplyBook.me 的客服支援真的超棒的，因為剛開始使用不熟悉，所以有些功能上的操作問題需要請教，我只要點擊線上客服系統然後送出問題，通常幾個小時內就會得到回覆，很貼心！我近期也在雇用了一些新人，並且把他們加入到預約系統的後台，給予他們一些特定的權限來管理他們自己的預約。

原本我只是想要一個能夠處理預約的網站，結果卻意外有這樣的收穫，SimplyBook.me 不只提供了預約服務，也讓不會寫程式的我也能有專屬的預約系統！我 100% 推薦 SimplyBook！

The site is easy to use but there are always questions. No question is too small. The team are always great. They explain clearly and with extreme patience.

I like that I can manage calendars for a team of people; however, the tool seems incredibly buggy and unreliable. It's not something I would consider paying for unless those issues get fixed.

Overall, it's been good, once I found my way around the system. My clients are mostly good with it - some are resistant to learning something new (human nature!) I think I may have lost a couple clients as a result... but that's not a fault of simplybook.me.
