I feel this has been an easy transition from my very costly appointment system. I am still able to maintain my professionalism while saving money and keeping my clients happy. This is an easy system and great to use for keeping track of my additional scheduling needs as well.
While I like the interface, I found choosing colours for the page to be surprisingly difficult, even though I have extensive knowledge with similar SaaS. Customer service is often abrupt and could be more helpful. Most frustrating is the pricing plans. I upgraded from my free account to a paid one, and then lost access to tons of "plugins" which I wasn't aware of until my customers mentioned crucial information (like my prices) suddenly went away. Also, it seems they lock away what many would consider basic features (like showing pricing or needing to approve appointments), call them "plugins" (they're not third party apps or actual plugins, like Apple or Shopify include in their app store) but just really basic stuff YouCanBookMe gives away for free.
WTF? I left a review once and now I can't access my internal pages. Everytime I login on the main page it brings me here.

It has been nice to get some help. I have definitely become more productive and my clients like it so far. There is a lot more that I would like to explore in order to give better feedback though.
It had helped with our onboarding program. I would recommend it to other people.
