O serviço ao cliente é incrível também! Eu tive algumas dúvidas sobre como fazer determinadas coisas no site de reserva, e tudo o que eu fiz foi clicar na aba Agente ao Vivo, enviar a pergunta e normalmente receber uma resposta dentro de algumas horas. Eu também acabei contratando mais pessoas para o meu negócio e é realmente fácil de configurá-las com o site reserva, uma vez que eu consegui colocá-los como empregados júnior, o que limita o acesso deles apenas para as suas reservas e informações.Eu queria um Site de Reserva profissional e o que eu consegui foi muito mais! Eu recomendo totalmente este Site de Reserva!

Not recently no it hasn't increased my productivity in fact it has created more work and has meant that I have missed calls with my clients and I have been doubled due to the fact that my google calendar has been unlinked from this booking system. I was told that I needed to upgrade my level which I did but I still am not able to link my calendar for another week which really isn't professional and doesn't save me anytime at all. At this stage no I wouldn't recommend it and I am not sure that I will continue with this subscription.
