We besloten om SimplyBook.me te proberen voor ons coaching launch reserveringssysteem. Hoewel het systeem is ontworpen voor mensen, is het flexibel genoeg om af te stemmen op de lanceringen. Het idee is om te upgraden naar het betaalde systeem in de toekomst, wanneer de gebruikers vertrouwd raken met het online boekingsregime. Dit zou betekenen dat we de rest van onze vloot (ong. 70 roeiboten) aan het systeem toevoegen. De voordelen van het systeem zijn onder meer de vermindering van het werk voor de Launch boot boeker, die voorheen gebruik maakte van Excel-spreadsheet en e-mails. Ook de gebruikers vinden het systeem en de app een genot om te gebruiken. Over het algemeen is de SimplyBook.me ervaring geweldig geweest tot nu toe. Ik heb geen behoefte meer om te vragen voor ondersteuning.

We hebben SimplyBook.me nu al drie jaar gebruikt en vinden het geweldig! Na een eenvoudige installatie, kunnen we informatie aan al onze klanten sturen en kunnen ze afspraken inplannen van overal. Het zal ook helpen aan het einde van het fiscale jaar aangezien al mijn boekingen duidelijk zijn. Bovendien, als je problemen hebt of verward bent met iets, is er een live chat en binnen enkele seconden heb je iemand die je helpt/leert hoe je beter gebruik kan maken van de site. Tees Rowing Club Launch Booking

We decided to trial Simply Book.me for our coaching launch booking system. Although the system is designed for People it is flexible enough to allow me to tailor it for the launches. The view is to upgrade to the paid system in the future when the users get accustomed to the online booking regime. This would involve adding the rest of our fleet to the system (approx. 70 rowing boats). The benefits of the system include the reduction of work for the Launch boat booker that was previously using an excel spreadsheet and emails. Also the users find the system and the app a delight to use. Overall the Simplybook.me experience has been great so far. I have had no need to ask for support yet as the wizard made the setup a breeze Colin Bearpark
