Tees Rowing Club Launch Booking

We decided to try Simply Book.me for our coaching launch booking system. Although the system is designed for People it is flexible enough to allow me to tailor it for the launches. The idea is to upgrade to the paid system in the future when the users get familiar with the online booking regime. This would involve adding the rest of our fleet to the system (approx. 70 rowing boats). The benefits of the system include the reduction of work for the Launch boat booker that was previously using an excel spreadsheet and emails. Also the users find the system and the app a delight to use. Overall the SimplyВook.me experience has been great so far. Before SimplyBook.me we were using email and calendar invites to make bookings with our clients. When there was only one of us it worked OK if you remembered to send the email. Now we are suing SimplyBook.me I believe that our service has a much more professional frontage and our WHY coaches have the support from our office.

I can't recommend SimplyBook.me highly enough. Initially I used the FREE Booking Service. This was fantastic. My bookings steadily increased and I upgraded to the paid service with a few more functions. The most important bit for me is being able to see what bookings I have on a weekly basis through my Android Phone. I always remind my customers of their appointment by text which reduces the number of no shows. Helping me to keep track of my customers bookings and reminders
