Our IT Studies program had a problem in booking in students for a counseling session prior to enrollment. Administration staff became bogged down in a manual booking system for several weeks. The problem became compounded when we amalgamated our administration function for multiple campuses into a centralized model.
While not designed for what we needed, we were easily able to use the features of simplybookme to automate the process. It was a 'no-brainer' for the cost and features that were offered to building it ourselves.
It has relieved our administration of most of the burden of allocating appointments to students. The ability to sms students a confirmation and to notify, and be notified, when a change takes place. It also provides us with the data that we can use to track our offers to counseling to enrollment.
The support we have received from simplybookme has been exceptional.
Since being taken on by ITStudies the other teams in the faculty, Business Services, Justice, Policing, Property Management etc.. have all implemented it as well.
I was extremely satisfied with SimplyВook.me. I used to go back and forth with clients via email on appointment times and sometimes by the time you get a response you've already filled the appointment and it takes more back and forth. SimplyВook.me made it easy to just allow the client to book their own appointment and that solved the whole issue. I also liked how the whole thing integrates with my google calendar. IT was great using the SimplyBook.me for my company Job Interview Services, and am pleased to say that the custom feature is second to none having tried different appointment software in the past. Clients are able to book service securely without any difficulty and have also been able to add more bookings prior to making payments. Installation was easy and straightforward, l will continue to recommend it to others.

so far the potential is great... have not had a client utilize the system yet :( But we are just starting up so we have lots of hope that your service will be stellar.
Very impressed. Your platform is very intuitive and does what it says on the tin.
It has increased my service level. Sometimes my clients are confused with the software, but I'm sure it's because I haven't set it up the way it needs to be. It has helped with increased productivity. I would certainly recommend it to others.

I can't recommend SimplyBook.me highly enough. Initially I used the FREE Booking Service. This was fantastic. My bookings steadily increased and I upgraded to the paid service with a few more functions. The most important bit for me is being able to see what bookings I have on a weekly basis through my Android Phone.
