I love the ease of use for myself and for my clients! It is a huge administrative time saver.
I just opened my Massage studio a year ago and was using a free booking software that had many limitations. It was plain, ugly and had no character to it. Clients complained how frustrating it was just to book a massage, and as a massage business, it was bad for our business. Then I decided to try SimplyBook.me, and I was pleased with how simple and easy it was for clients to book with us.
What really stood out was the custom features that I could enable to make life not just easier for my clients, but for me as well. With the click of a button, clients can use their Facebook profiles to book an appointment.
Clients can pay beforehand using the Paypal button, my appointments can be automatically synced to my google calendar, and there is an app I downloaded on my phone to get push notifications and also allows me to book appointments using my phone. Customer service is awesome as well! I have had a couple of questions on how to do particular things on the booking website, and all I had to do is click the Live agent tab, submit a question, and I normally get a response within a couple of hours. I also just hired more people for my business and it is really easy to set them up with the booking website as I was able to put them as Junior employees which limited their access to only their bookings and information.
I wanted a professional Booking WebSite and what I got was so Much More! I recommend this Booking Site 100%!
SimplyBook.me has been fantastic for me. I am by no means technical but I find everything easy to use and intuitive. The live chat is fantastic and staff have gone the extra mile to solve any problems or answer any questions I have had. My massage clients love the online booking system and the option to pre-pay with PayPal has been very popular. I have recommended the system to many other colleagues.

It has been good and bad. It has made things easier in the sense of getting my interviews scheduled faster with my actors and models with having to be on the phone and emails all day just to schedule.
It's certainly saved us a lot of time on admin in arranging the 1:1 client bookings.
We decided to trial Simply Book.me for our coaching launch booking system. Although the system is designed for People it is flexible enough to allow me to tailor it for the launches. The view is to upgrade to the paid system in the future when the users get accustomed to the online booking regime. This would involve adding the rest of our fleet to the system (approx. 70 rowing boats). The benefits of the system include the reduction of work for the Launch boat booker that was previously using an excel spreadsheet and emails. Also the users find the system and the app a delight to use. Overall the Simplybook.me experience has been great so far. I found the scheduling system by WIX and pleased me a lot. It is a simple and easy to use. It can also improve in some aspects . For example, in sync with google calendar

Just the type of booking software we needed – easy to use, good features, and very affordable. All of our customer information is stored in one convenient place that is accessible from anywhere. I have totally gone paperless. Appointments are now made by my customers online and that takes the pressure off my busy day. My detailer checks appointments online with a cell phone. Very cool.
I have not yet started using this program to book clients but will be soon. I anticipate it helping my business be more productive and will likely free up some time that would otherwise be spent on the phone.
